As part of the upcoming post-litigation repair project, the project architect, Walovich and Associates, and Axis Construction vendor, Argonaut window, will perform repairs to all windows that were previously reported with issues.

Your cooperation is appreciated in allowing for a timely completion of the repair appointment. Please note that the work should take approximately 45 minutes per unit.

PLEASE NOTE: This project is being coordinated by the association but is limited to the 3 days offered below, (January 19th-21st). Owners are advised, If you do not take this opportunity to schedule the window repairs, in the future you will have to schedule your own repair directly with a contractor.
