The Board of Directors has retained Axis Construction to perform the necessary cleaning of the dryer exhaust ducts. The process will require access to the interior of your residence.

Process:
1- The surrounding area will be documented prior to any work being performed.
2- Protection will be placed at floor and walls as necessary.
3- The dryer unit will be removed and reinstalled to facilitate the required work.
4- Access to the booster fan will be necessary.

Booster fans are generally placed at the following locations:
1- Attic space – Unit type 2
2- Behind a ceiling access panel on the second floor – Unit types 5 , 6 , 7.
3- behind a ceiling, cabinet, access panel in the kitchen – Unit type 8.
**Unit types 1 , 3 and 4 do not have booster fans.**

The cleaning process for all unit types should take about 1 hour. As part of this service, the booster fan, if applicable, will be inspected, cleaned, or replaced as necessary.
